A complex 2-buildings project. A 26-storey high rise residential tower called Block 206 with common living spaces, CMHC suites and high-end rental suites on the typical floors. Sharing the same parking lot structure, a sister building called Block 207 is a 6-storey commercial building to be rented out as an office space.

Barrie Simcoe Emergency Service Center

A campus bringing together the Barrie Police Service, Barrie Fire and Emergency Service and Simcoe County Paramedic Service in one building using IPD method. This building was designed and built to accommodate expansions for the next 25 years as the county grows.
Century Mile REC and Racetrack Casino

Involved from the design stage, this project involved numerous cost savings strategies. The largest horse racing casino in Western Canada along involved the conversion of 106 acres of farmer's land - located near the Edmonton International Airport into a high end horse racing track and entertainment complex. The structure comprised of two separate basements, a ground floor gaming area featuring slot machines, two restaurants, multiple bars, offices, viewing arenas with VIP seating, and camera recording booths for the races. The horse racing amenities encompassed a one-mile long track, walkouts and other facilities, along with tote boards, timing, and lighting.
Century Downs Racing and Entertainment Center

A challenging project for the United Horsemen of Alberta and Century Casinos - a new Racetrack and Casino. Despite the tight timeline and unique challenges, including the addition of a floor in the last quarter of the project we delivered the project on time on a date advertised to the media prior to construction starting.
Hungerford – Parallel 2 Strip Mall

A strip mall facility with a gas station. This project was unique as it was built on top of a high-pressure gasoline line and natural gas lines that were feeding the Calgary International Airport resulting in unique challenges that had to be dealt with after construction began.
South Trail Crossing

2 Strip Malls developed an existing parking lot of a Superstore and a gas station with a total of 12 commercial retail bays along with the associated site works. Under a very tight timeline, concurrent construction was completed for both buildings simultaneously, successfully completing the project on time.
Rochdale Station

RCU project involving 3 separate buildings with a total of 23 commercial retail bays in an existing parking lot of a Superstore and a gas station. Several challenges faced such as having to run all civil work in an existing parking lot without being able to shut down any area of it.

Bowness High School Modernization
Value: $14.7 Million

A new 42,260 sqft addition to an existing occupied school that involved a full replacement of the mechanical and electrical systems, interior CTS and classroom modifications, new parking lot area, new sprinkler system through out the existing facility (while occupied) and new cafeteria and kitchen equipment.
Eastbrook Elementary School Modernization
Value: $11 Million
Contract Type: Lump Sum
A project divided into two major phases. The first phase was to build a new 30,000 sqft facility that is attached to the existing school, while the existing school remained operational. The second phase was to completely demolition the interior of the existing facility and gymnasium and refinish the complete interior and some of the exterior finishes. Another successful project finished on time and on budget.
Wentworth Manor Senior Housing - Reno
Value: $5 Million
Contract Type: Lump Sum
A 4 year renovation project that had to be done for every suit and hallway while the facility was occupied. Each wing, one floor at a time, had to be shut down and hoarded while insuring the residents remain undisturbed in the remainder of the facility.
